Important Information ~ Please  read before ordering...

 I sell ready made designs and fabric combos on ebay, and in the Drawing Room.

This enables customers to acquire dresses conveniently.

I will consider working with your designs, but will have the final say in what can or cannot work.

(I now have to charge for custom sketches, $50.00 fee which will be applied to your order.)

This can take 2-3 days of my time, and I can't afford to lose that time if someone takes my design and doesn't order.

I reserve the right to have artistic freedom to add to make minor detail changes if I feel it's to better the overall look of the dress design. 

If you want a special fabric, I need you to send a link to the seller where it can be purchased, or you may order it and have it sent to me. If you order a swatch for a color, you must then mail the swatch to me to check with the shipment to make sure they sent the correct color.

I will send an email regarding any kind of change, but ask to get replies back. If my notes are ignored,  will move forward.

Payments are made through PayPal.

If you want a sketch design it is 50.00 to get the process started, this is deducted from your 1st half.

Once your order is approved I invoice for 1/2 the total payment.

 

The last half is due at the date I set. I can no longer be flexible and wait weeks for payment.

I need to be paid in a timely manner as this is not a hobby, it's my only job 

and I am sole supporter of myself, and have to pay bills.

If you don't like your dress, or your TC decides she doesn't like it or you child has a growth spurt during the month, you may sell the dress.

I cannot give refunds. If you paid a deposit, and change your mind, you lose the deposit.

If you paid any amount of money and the dress is in the works and you change your mind I cannot give the money back and you still owe the balance.

If you don't pay the payment, then I will have to sell the dress.

The dress should fit nicely as long as I am provided the correct measurements.

I now require photos of your measurements as you are taking them.

This way I can make corrections if needed.

I no longer ship outside the U.S. Because of the cost of shipping it makes alterations impossible.

I cannot provide service for the life of the dress.

If it needs altered I can do that when I have time in the schedule.

If I am booked for the month, I will get you in the next month.

If you rip it or spill something on it, it isn't my responsibility to fix it.

Once the dress has been worn, it is considered used. 

 

No refunds or exchanges, all sales are final.

 

You must have approval from your TC.

When ordering a dress you are agreeing to these terms.
